Booking -

To reserve your hunt and desired date, a 50% deposit along with a signed contract must be received by Whispering Pine Outfitters. This contract will include the types of services to be provided; dates of services; transportation arrangements; costs of the services; ratio of clients to guides; and the policy regarding cancellation of the contract and refund policy. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled hunt. A waiver and release agreement must be signed upon arrival and prior to hunting or sighting in of weapons.
